The fall and winter months in Southeast Texas can spur some cooler temperatures and prove to be quite welcoming, especially after going through the hottest parts of our summer months. Cooler weather will force many of those cute furry animals we see in the trees, on fence lines, and out in the woods into structures seeking harborage for a warmer place to overwinter. We have service offerings to, not only remove these unwanted creatures from structures, but to seal them out by way of our M.R.S. (minor repair service) department. We have trained specialists on staff to deal with nuisance animals by implementing removal and exclusion methods to prevent their reentry. Besides rodents, other pests are continually seeking warm places as well to overwinter.

An above ground nest is made of material called carton. It consists of soil and wood cemented together with saliva and feces. Suspended colonies of Formosan termites are more often encountered than the Native Eastern Subterranean termites.
