Effective Mosquito Control
Fleet Truck Fogging
One of the most popular methods of controlling mosquito populations around worksites at Industrial type facilities are by use of the truck mounted fogging services. This effective means of service allows us to cover a large area in a timely manner while lessoning the amount of adult mosquito populations. These services are mainly performed in early morning hours and late in the evening (when mosquitoes are most active). Compared to several area counties in our region, Bill Clark Pest Control has one of the largest mosquito fleet truck fogging services.
An optional method of treating for mosquitoes in a smaller limited area is by the use of a backpack type design. This method allows the technician to apply the material directly to a specific area where our fleet truck foggers may not have access to. The backpack method is a very proficient means of decreasing adult populations of mosquitoes in areas where they are prone to harborage.
In areas where mosquitoes are known to breed applications, of several larvicides are available for use. mosquito larvicides offer an additional means of managing these annoying pests by keeping the mosquitoes from reaching the adult stage of their life cycle. Since the larvicides are very environmentally friendly they can be placed in many areas without any pollution concerns (standing water, ponds, lakes, ditches). Additionally, the larvicides will continue to be active for quite some time providing continuous control assistance in managing these pests.
The combined best mosquito management practices will greatly enhance the control efforts of these potential health risk/nuisance mosquitoes.
